Meet Raelyn
I'm a Canadian Certified Counsellor based in Regina, Saskatchewan. Since completion of my Master of Counselling degree in 2020, I've been passionately providing counselling services to clients across the prairies, primarily on Treaty 4 territory. I'm a wife and mother of two who enjoys spending spare time connecting with family and friends, enjoying the nature of Saskatchewan, or sipping a good cup of coffee with a book in hand.

Inspired by Narrative Therapy, I believe that everyone has a unique and powerful story. Further, that one can take agency in writing their dominant narratives along the journey. In counselling, we will collaboratively assess the narratives in your own life and work to implement change in practical and sustainable ways.

I operate under a Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual framework because I care about your whole being. This means I recognize the ways that physical health, psychological health, social experiences, and spiritual health, can all contribute to your overall wellness and will thus tailor your sessions to support you in each of these areas.
