We are so glad you're here. Whether you're seeking to book your first counselling session or a follow-up session, our online booking system is available to you 24/7. Please reach out directly if you have specific questions or need to reschedule your session.​

Fees
Session fees are due at the time of each counselling session. Our accepted payment method is e-transfer. Receipts will be issued after each session. If you are seeking to claim extended health benefits for services, we recommend that you contact your insurance provider to inquire whether counselling sessions provided by a "Certified Canadian Counsellor" (CCC) are eligible for coverage.
Cancellation Policy
Your scheduled session is a dedicated time we hold for you. If you are unable to attend your session, we request that you give us 24 hours notice. If notice is not received, unattended sessions will incur a fee of $70.
